No Warrant, No Data: The Fight Against Stopgap Surveillance

In late April 2026, the legislative battle over Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act reached a boiling point. Rather than implementing comprehensive privacy reforms and requiring warrants for the digital data of U.S. citizens, lawmakers forced through a temporary 10-day stopgap measure.

This is unacceptable. The "No Warrant, No Data" graphic is a structural protest against the establishment's refusal to protect the Fourth Amendment. When temporary extensions become the norm, constitutional rights become the exception. It is time to permanently end the warrantless surveillance state.
